thank you Unit and Lizard, great info. Throughout the course of every day driving, I never dump the clutch. Usually I just ease it out at around 1200 or so RPMs. Does this mean that I am slipping it every time I take off? I've only smelled burning clutch twice, both times were when I punched it in reverse...I know I was slipping it badly then.
