i guess sometimes it depends on the cop that stops you and your attitude toward them.
about 13 years ago my brother got busted going 95 in a 55 on in pa. they revoked his liscense on the spot and dragged him in for reckless driving.
same state about 2 years later i got pulled over going in excess of 120(speedo only goes to 100, but the speed was confirmed by the cop ). i got off with a warning!
