Hmmmmm... is reckless not a misdemeanor?
maximum sentance here, $300 fine and or up to 30 days in jail. The jail part NEVER happens. I'm suprised your license suspension was that long too. I think your lawyer bit *** , honestly. I don't think lawyers are worth **** , except to plea bargain cause they know their buddy (the other attorney). |
