BowTie Eater: I want to swap because I was in an accident and want to get around emmisions so I have to drop the motor in a body that's older than '82. (It's alot cheaper too!)

79 Stang: I guess my Crane FPR won't work cause it's made for injected cars?

SO that's it then?
Will I be able to use the same throttle cable and just run it to the carb instead of the TB?
