fastang - Those newer Z28's are just weird...let me elaborate. I have said this before (and will say it again here
), I have seen bone stock Z28's (00's) run consistent 14.0's all day (auto) and another run 13.4's (also an auto). You really don't know what you're getting with one of these cars. That's why it's always to fun to watch these cars at the track.Another quick experience - a sligthly modded 00 Z28 with exhaust, LID, and a few other goodies I can't seem to remember, was going 12.9's @ 108 on drag radials with 1.9 & 2.0 60's. Regardless, have fun and good luck. I personally think with some good shifting and a decent 60' you will take him ![]() E |
