First time I ran mine really hard after new roller rockers, the lock screws on the polylocks came loose on a couple of valves and allowed the rocker to come off the push rod. Fortunately, nothing was really hurt, but it sounded awful. Those lock screws have to be cinched down pretty tight I found out. Hope it's something as easy for you. Don't run it with that noise or it will probably ruin something.
