Well, I don't know this from first-hand experience but my friend at work tells me that in "Hannibal", Clarisse is driving a 5.0. Also he tells me there was a Mach 1 in "Marked for Death". And who can forget that Danny Devito drove a drop top in "Twins" (nice car, crappy movie!). Ahh yes, and in "Ghost", Patrick Swayze's co-worker drives a 5.0. And...Vanilla Ice made a movie?!? Glad I missed that one! ------------------ Greg 91 LX Convertible [This message has been edited by cleangreenmachine (edited 02-14-2001).]

Hey! I'm pretty sure that in BIG MOMMA'S HOUSE, the chick with the kid drove a sweet burgundy 87-93? 5.0 GT Convertible. That's all I can think off.

There are probably lots of movies that have had a Mustang of one type or another shown for at least a few seconds (or more). For example, in a B-movie made in the 80's by Full Moon called, Trancers II, Helen Hunt who plays Jackdeth's (now) wife drives a 5.0 LX. The original Trancers movie is where I got my online handle, JACKDETH, from. Btw: If you ever run into someone while online gaming, say in Counter-Strike or Quake, with the name "JACKDETH[C.A.P]", that's me kicking your **s! ------------------ Dan McClain, Editor The Mustang Works Magazine 1991 Mustang GT - NOVI Supercharged 377 Stroker 1999 Ford Lightning SVT - 2000 Prototype updated by Roush [This message has been edited by Dan McClain (edited 02-14-2001).]

For some reason, I thought Nicole Kidman drove a BMW 3-series in "Days of Thunder". But I only remember seeing her with her car in one scene. I could be wrong...

I think the name of the movie was Mr Mom with Michael Keeton. It was made in 1982 & had a then brand new red 82'GT. These were the cars that got me hooked in the 5.0 movement.

As I was watching VH-1 last night I noticed there is a classic drop-top in "Urban Cowboy". Jodi this one is probably a little before your time, but it takes place in your "neck of the woods". On a side note, does Gilley's still exist and is it half as cool as it looks? ------------------ Greg 91 LX Convertible
