I'd definetly stay with the 94, 5.0 motor over the 96-99 4.6. They are faster from the get go and there is SO much after market stuff. A set of 3:55's or 3:73's, some exhaust and intake work and you will de smoking your old (shudder) Camaro. Just pick up a copy of 5.0 Mustang & Fast Fords and browse the ads. As the old saying goes, Speed costs money. How fast do you want to go?
