I didn't have to cut the main hoop at all. Top clearance was perfect. A couple companies do make cages for specific make and model...I was cheap though and figured saving the money was worth the work. I put the back seat back in. I did that for a few reasons they dont weigh much (like 8 pounds total!) The interior looks HORRIBLE without the seat! I suppose I could have carpeted the back but reason #3 came into play... It quiets the car a lot. The top pump is back there too and is really loud without the seat It looks bad as$ with two rear support bars coming out the sides of the rear seat. only hat to cut notches into the aluminum backing on the seat, the padding/leather conformed around it perfect. |
