Spinning tires means absolutely nothing other than he must have a lot of money to burn on a new set. Chirping second is probably the result of an aftermarket transmission module if it's an automatic, otherwise it's powershifting (do they even make manuals for those?). They are NO demonstration of power whatsoever. I can do both of these in my beater: a 1985 carbed 4-banger hatchback 'Stang.
 If somebody wants to shave the head and/or add a turbo on a mitsubishi engine, they're welcome to it. I'd have to mess with this dude though, hehehe.
