Today I got a chance to meet Shaun Carlson, the owner and driver of the Meguiar's drag Focus. He was a really cool and knowledgable guy. Just thought I would share that.

84 Toyota Supra
High flow cat, two chamber flowmaster, custom 2.5" piping, msd 8.5mm wires. Will have boost before 2002.
Have HKS turbo manifold for it

So...can a Focus really be considered a Ford? With the exception of that car they showed this year...the 6 speed 300hp Turbo'ed car.

If its DESIGNED by Ford, MADE by Ford, SOLD by Ford and it SAYS Ford, chances are it IS a Ford.

We traded in the truck for the 2-door ZX3 Focus and this little screamer can haul butt. The handling is great, although my husband swapped out the stock rear bushings with polyuerathane ones and put on the K&N cone. The Focus came out in Europe for a while before coming here. Carlos Sainz is doing pretty well with one in the World Rally Series this year.
