Police package stang questions

Hmm I thought I read somewhere they had a bigger cam? and whats the deal with "certified calibration"? I've also read they have stiffer suspension? the car I'm looking at is decent 120k miles I know the officer that owned it and the mechanic that worked on it, it runs strong and everything works, I'm not too concerned about the holes and stuff, it will need a paint job ,it has an auto that's rebuilt and the brakes are new, the ac is cold and the passneger and rear seat are fresh, it rides nice too, 4500.00$ I think it's fair, what are the con and pro's to the stang auto's? besides not being able to bang gears thanks Guys
