![]() Holleys and Demons are great carbs if you know what you are doing with them. Edelbrok's are good if you want an out of the box easy to adjust carb, but for performance it's hands down Holley or Demon. I have run all sorts of carbs from Quadrabogs, Demons, Holleys and Edelblocks. Edelbroks look easy and are appealing to people who can't tune holleys but as for being better.... Not even close! As for size a 600 or 650 will work for your application. A 650 will keep you from buying a new carb once you do some more upgrades without being to much now.
