i don't know OK laws if you are talking about lost car title's i bought a harley with a old title i had to go through major searches to title it to me i had to trace down last titled owner & run an add in his last known town then had to pay for search to make sure i was not buying stolen bike then after all that in hawaii i had to go over the same old song & dance in tn but after about 250.00 bucks i got my title hope thats what you are talking about or i just wasted 5 min's of my time
