AARRRGH!!!!!!!! The idiots did the same thing again as described above!!!!!
This time they managed to destroy 2 boxes and likely 1 more. They called and gave me the exact same crap. Needless to say they got quite an earful. Someone else is supposed to be calling me tomorrow and you can bet they will get it worse.
