I have known Kenny Brown for about 2 years, but only from racing. We used to run in the same class, but the team I work for now runs in the Senior Sprints. I believe he lives in Oxnard, and I'm 90% sure he has no affiliation with Brown's Transmissions, although he is well known around here. I have no idea about a '65 Belvedere, but I can ask him. What's on your mind?
