Don't let those idiots convince you to buy platinum, Suckfire, or any other "miracle" plug. Just buy good ol copper @ .99 a piece.

I recently did a tuneup on my friends 89 GT and I had to explain to him all about how they use gimmick plugs to steal your money, when it's better spent on mods that really make your car faster.

Don't get me wrong, platinum plugs are great for that Nissan or Beemer, where plug access is a pain. But on a motor as easy to work on as the 302, no need to waste money. All they really do is give you more time between tuneups (supposedly).
