No, unfortunately it is a combination of two problems at once. First, there is a DNS problem on our DNS providers end. Secondly, there seems to be a server problem on our advertising company's end for our smaller 125x125 side banners. The latter issue is seriously hanging up the site layout from loading.
The servers MustangWorks runs are fairly fast, and the main server sits behind multiple OC3's. There is no shortage of bandwidth availability here.
