The only persons I've heard call it that is uhh.. I may have heard a ricer say that but that's it, besides that movie.
I agree that is sounds stupid. Call it wantever you like but if you call it noss, we gonna call you hoss(heeh).
Around here its referred to as spray ie: I'll race ya for $500!! Errr.. you spraying?! No Spraying! Pssst.. he got spray?? Yeah man, he spraying..

Also 'the juice' is used alot or 'the bottle'.
