Dang Unit...I never thought of it that way.

I built two 390's before, the only hard part about it is lugging around the parts. Man that block isnt light. Used to be able to pick and walk around the shop with the 289 block I was building (Bare block of course). But that 390 block put a serouis hurtin on me.

Now if I could afford one of those New Shelby 427 blocks. that would be awesome.

Serouisly though, I've been looking real hard at the internet site the last few days and done some number crunching on the Calculator.

Since I dont plan on using a T-5 or small block I'm figuring the cost of all other "Donor Parts" to see if it would be lighter on the pocket book to buy a wrecked 5.0 still, or just get the parts new.
