Not sure about finding used ones, but for the money you will pay for the install, you might as well get new gears so you know they will last a long time. I believe I have seen the 7.5" 3.73 ring and pinion in either the Jeg's or Summit catalog.
My 79 Pace Car had a 7.5" rear with 2.47's stock. I went to the junkyard and picked up an 8.8" out of a '91LX with 3.08's for $100 and am going to buy some new gears for it.
