Just fyi, theft rates of Fox bodies are going up (at least on the east coast).
Back in the mid eighties, I worked in the city and owned a sweet modded Z28, long story short, the dash got ripped out for my cheap sony radio. An Officer responds, he tells me to screw razor blades to the bottom of my dash when I fix it, so I do... one week later, I get a call from that Officer and he tells me they recovered my cheap a** sony and that my car had been broken into again but........they have a suspect. My face turned red in hopes that my suspect received some "street justice"...he did, six digits severely lacerated... We go to court 9 months later...nothing happens. At least the suspect will remember me. |
