WTF? $130 for sensor?

I went to Ford today cause I needed a new MAP sensor and the guy told me that it would cost me $130. What the holy hell? I about asked the guy if he wanted me bend over and grab my ankles now.
Is there anyplace else I can get one or am I going to have to take it like a man?

For a freakin' MAP sensor?!?! OMG! Damn, just go to any of the aftermarket parts stores, they're only about $40-50!!! Oh, be sure you're getting the right one. Ford made a couple of variations through the years, so be sure you have the original part number.
