The FRPP parts are based on the the fit of '96-98 heads, but are based on the tumble port design (a la 99-00). As such the '96-'98, SVO(FRPP) heads won't fit with a '99-'00 intake. And vise-versa.

In short, I don't think a '99 intake will fit your heads.
