![]() What - $1800 and you can't find a used blower? I got my H.O A-trim used for $1200 (the guy was asking for $1500). Go look on the Corral Auction Block, and if you see one for anywhere in the $2000 range, make an offer for $1800.
FWIW, the 69 Stang was using a solid roller cam to enable him to shift at 6800rpm. Our hydraulic cams are limited to 6000 before valves start to float. However, if you're definitely sure you want to stay N/A, then get the heads ported / milled (54cc). This will up compression to around 9.85:1 (stock pistons). Sell the intake and get a Holley intake (these things flow like gang-busters). Ditch the E303 cam and get a custom cam from Ed@FTI. And go with some BBK long tubes over the shorty headers. This (with a good tune) will get you in the 112-114mph range, depending on the weight of your vehicle. ------------------ TM88GT |
