If this is for the '99 then you need the little black box. We got em at the shop. I can post supplier info so you can order one for your speedo. Since you tranny doesn't have speedo gears you need one of those things.
The black box has a bunch of dip switches to set up multipliers or division factors for pulse counts. Pretty easy to set up and it can be reset for different combos whenever you like.
