Really no matter what type of driving style you have you will want to get an aftermarket shifter. Good ones range less than $200 and it will improve your shift quality immensely. That's a good thing since the T-45 isn't altogether the strongest tranny. Benefits will be stronger, quicker, more positive shifts.
