The rear O2s are heat sensitive and without those other cats the exhaust will burn them up. What you oughta do is get rid of the other two cats and buy the MIL eliminators from Dallas Mustang for $60. Takes care of teh O2 situation and you get your off road H-pipe much cheaper.
