The GT has 2 cams, the Cobra has 4 cams. GT is SOHC single overhead cam, meaning 1 cam per head or 2 total. The Cobra is DOHC or 2 cams per head, 4 total.

The 4.6L doesn't use extra oil, the guy is an clueless.
