![]() You will make more power with an 8psi supercharger than with a stroker, everything else being equal. The stroker will give you more low end torque, but the blown motor will give you a better top end. Typically, a blown 351 with aluminum heads will make anywhere from 500-600 hp, and possibly more depending.
Generally, the stroker will be more reliable and easier to maintain than a blown engine (no detonating, no throwing belts, no fussing with a/f ratios and timing, etc.). The gas quality and state of tune just aren't as critical with a stroker as they are with a blown motor.
