I had stud mounted roller rockers on my factory heads(crane rollers).There is no need to drill or tap.All you do is put the guide plates on,screw the studs in and slip the rockers on and adjust the nuts.I used the Crane conversion kit, you should be able to use what you have.351 and 302 heads are basically the exact same thing.As far as adjusting, Stock rockers are pedestal mount ,yours are I assume adjustable.This is where it gets tedious.You have to be sure when tightening the rockers you have ero lash.Be sure the lifter is on a flat spot of the cam and not the ramp.Do one cylinder at a time,adjusting and rotating.When you have ero lash, give the nut an extra turn and lock it.
