My dad's 91GT has the following:
3.55 gears Pro 5.0 shifter ASP underdrive pulleys MAC cold air induction offroad bassani X pipe Borla mufflers w/ turndowns 14* timing subframe connectors and Mickey Thompson sportsman Pro tires He ran a 14.60 at 94mph stock. With these parts he has run 13.73 at 97.97mph, his best 60' was a 1.89. So if you get some good tires, you'll be in the 13's, but it will take some practice.
