I have hi-flow cats, but wanted to get an offroad h-pipe to see what it would be like. However, I heard from my local mechanic that if you remove your cats, and you take your car to a shop and they see it, they are required to report you by law for a $10,000 fine! He even had it in writing. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks.
