Also on the 95 Cobra's the wheels should look all polished, as opposed to the 96-98's where there is dark gray paint is involved with the spokes.
The cams are also different on the 95 Cobra's from the GT's. The Cobra has more of a racing, straight-line acceleration cam, where as the GT has more of a touring cam. I also thought the inside steering wheels said 'Mustang" instead of 'Cobra', but I could be wrong on that account. I think it should also come with a 65 mm throttle body, and I think a bigger MAF unit, instead of the GT's 60 mm and smaller MAF unit. And when changing belts, remember to ask for Cobra specific parts. I know the GT belt is longer than the Cobra belt. I also thought the Mach 460 with CD came standard, as did leather, unless you requested different items. Anyway, hope this helps. ------------------ 1996 Laser Red Cobra. 12.64@106.1 mph; 1.92 60 ft. I keep racin' it, and it keeps getting faster!(It's still a heavy beast) |
