![]() Just make sure you get the correct one. There are different armature shaft lengths, which determine how far the drive gear goes. You need to specify your flywheel/flexplate year and size when ordering. I had a friend that bought a killer one that could be moved around on it's mount for clearance, but it was designed for a flexplate that had the ring gear closer to the engine than his flywheel's ring gear, and he proceeded to grind the forward half of the teeth off his flywheel. Major bummer. After talking with a buddy at Ford, he explained the differences.
