Rage, it's not that nobody cares. It's just that things are going for you about as well as can be hoped for under the circumstances.
The girl was charged. Your back, neck, etc. are OK. Her insurance has accepted responsibility for repairs. Looks like things are gonna be more or less Ok. I personally am sorry for the damage to your car as a repair is never as good as the original. Rev
