Okay. The real question is what are you trying to do?

450hp from the stock block is about as high as you'd ever want to go. That will get you 10's, or damn close to it.

For the blower, the engine isn't recommended to go past 9psi or so. the ATI intercooled ProCharger, and the intercooled incon twin turbo kits can both push your stock engine to the max. 450hp is A LOT of horsepower for a car that weighs a little more than 3000 lbs.
