The engine I have is the older model one which only has the mounting holes for the smaller tranny. (not the V8 tranny) These plates that you get made, will they mate up the bigger tranny to the small holes on my engine block? And how do I get away with the clutch disc being 8.5"? Don't you have to get a bigger clutch disc to fit over the bigger splines that are on the bigger tranny?
