I don't understand......doesn't really seem like a race to me, if he is going to do that? With the mod's you listed, at the track he "should" be deep into the 11's. Even with horrible driving I think he would be able to pull a mid 12. Unless the guy is just a horrible driver, doesn't launch at all, and misses 2 gears, your going to LOSE more than likely, but the name of the game is traction.
