Question DELETING POSTS??

I was wondering if a member can be allowed to delete just THEIR OWN posts. So if we really screw one up or accidentally post one twice, it can be erased.

No, only a moderator or administrator can delete posts. However, you have the ability to edit your posts, if needed. That gives you the ability to correct a "screwed up" post.
