Question Shocks and struts

I'm dropping my V6 two inches with Eibach sportsline spings and also have Kenny Brown caster plates and some offset rack bushings, I want my car to handle as well as possible. Which shocks and struts would be best? I've looked at Koni's adjustables and Bilstein,or whatevers best, but I'm not sure which is best for my application. The cars mildly modified with exhaust and cold air induction and driven mainly on the street.
