Default ?'s on Crane Single Valve Springs

I have them on my stock ported heads right now with an F-cam and stock rockers, but I am having an issue with the valves floating at about 6050 rpm's. I'm almost positive I ran these same springs up to 6300 rpm's with an E-cam and 1.7's(more lift) without any problems for 2 years. What is anybody else running with these same springs? I believe they are the conical springs-the springs that come with locks and retainers in the same package you can get through Jegs or Summit for $115 or so. Part #270-44308-1 in Jegs. Thanks.
