Cool Will my car overheat?

I have a 17" SPAL electric puller fan that I am going to put on my stang. The car is stock with no major bolt ons. I am thinking about draining the cooling system, adding new coolant, adding water wetter, and a cooler thermostat with the electric fan. Will this suffice until I can get a good aluminum radiator. I am not using the A/C yet. It is still cool outside. The car ran extremely cool before with the belt driven fan. Will it get too hot now with the electric fan and stock radiator? I heard that the SPAL fans are pretty good quality. Any help would be appreciated.
