Default '93 5.0 strut tower braces ??

Looking for suggestions on a strut tower brace for my '93 5.0.
Can anyone tell me what your using, would you recommend installing one-car is a ragtop so I assume any addition to the car will help tighten it up. One question that came up with these is it possible to install a "blind nut" for fastening the brace to the towers to aid in quick removal for engine work, or is it recommended to use conventional fasteners? Thanks for the help.
