Default 429 Engine
Hi all,

I'm a new member from Cape Town, South Africa, and I'm hoping that one of you may be able to help me with some information.

We are restoring a 1970 Mach 1 Shaker, and have been offered a 429 engine for the car, with the engine number 3N74B14. Is there any way that one can find out more about the motor from the engine number? It would be useful to know the year it was manufactured, the specifications, etc.

I'd be grateful for any help.
