Jet Superchip?

I was looking a a Jet superchip for my 93 GT, there $319 from the maker. They say up to 30HP gain, but their dyno sheets say about 16HP, on a stock motor are these anygood? has anyone ever used one?

Yeah i'm not sure if its worth it but im just looking at all my options here...
