Default clutch wont disengage

This is blowing my mind! I had the same problem with my stock tranny. When the car is off it goes into all gears fine. When I start the car it wont go into any gear, but reverse will grind. lastly, if I start the car in gear with the clutch in it will move the car. This is a new tko tranny with a spec clutch. Also there is the normal pressure on the pedel- it feels like it should be disengaging.
Anyone with any ideas are very much appreciated.

Do you have an adjustable cable? If so it may be stretching.

You pretty much need an adjustable kit with the TKO...

I have to adjust mine about every 3000 miles or so...
