Whats The Worst Car Accident You've Been In?
I've only been in a couple fender benders but I'd have to say the worst one was when me and my dad were in his Jetta and we were cruising at about 50-55 down a road and we could see a guy sitting on the right going to make a left, It's about 11:00pm. So were driving and right before we go to pass by he pulls out right in front of us! So the Jetta's brakes lock up and we cream his contour (The front clip was fvcked up but the jetta held up like a champ just a smashed front bumper cover and the hood and fender were a little bent. Turns out the guy was drunk and stoned, He's in prison now I'm only 16yrs old so I probably have more accidents to come but hopefully not in my stang, I love her too much to F her up! So what was the worst car accident you've been in?

Worst one I've ever been in was a little over ten years ago. I was in the back of a Mazda pickup when we hit a damn three wheeler that ran across the road. Moron was stupid enough to do that when he could've waited. We ended up rolling 5 or 6 times and my back got all scarred up. That one was bad.

I was riding shotgun in my buddy's escort wagon and some lady pulled out of her driveway without looking, we swurved into the other lane to avoid her (not a lined road) and she still hadnt seen us and made a left turn to go onto the street nearly right across from her driveway (drove side by side for about 25ft) and she ended up t-boning us right into my door. It only happened at about 30mph but it still shook me since her car hit my side. Nothing too major. Gotta love people that really dont pay attention...

April 14, 1973. Hospitalized from that day till July 26.
Husky 450WR, a short jump and a Penton Jackpiner about 6 feet in the air behind me as I crashed real good.Eeight hundred and fifty little square, knobby shaped strawberries on my neck and back. Ever had anyone do a burnout on yer spine. . .HURTS!! Good news! My patient representative is now my wife of 23 years. After that, t'was a 74 Laguna S-3, coming home from Pizza hut at 1:00am and some ditz in an Olds Omega ran a stop sign and center punched me. I was slowin down from about 75 or so and she tore the whole side off the car, ripped out the rear axle and didn't have a shred of insurance. I took out about 50 feet of chain link fence and a telephone pole at the Texaco refinery before it all came to a stop.

Well I got none to compare to that really... and Marty geese that does explain alot. lol Glad to here you are with us today and okay. You old bastard, you'll never die will you. lol =)
Well I had 2 accidents within a month. I was driving for one of them, I was coming home from school, and was dropping a friend off at home. I came around a really sharp corner. It went in like 270 degrees, and the ground was wet. Either way, I either blew a tire, or something happen but I lost control and slid threw there front lawn, and seeing it had rained the ground was really really soft, so I slid threw there front lawn, over there driveway onto the next door neighbours lawn, and stopped when I hit a guide wire for a telephone pole it all happen at about 30mph. If you look at the path of my accident I missed 1 pole by like a foot and a tree on my other side by about 2 feet. I stopped about 3 feet infront of a big birch tree. The weird part of it as I was coming around the corner there was this old man watching us the whole time.. and my friend is like that old man is freaking me out. Weird stuff, and actually there were 2 seniors standing on there porch on the first lawn and another 2 seniors standing on there driveway with there daughter and there grand child on the second house. Geese talk about enough witnesses. But I went back and appologized and everything. Very nice people actually. One was a dick at the time, when I got into the accident, he's like I hope you don't plan on leaving. I looked at him and walked away. My van was so deep in dirt, with a flat tire. It took a tow truck forever to pull me out cause it was so muddy. That was one scary trip, then exactly one month later I was driving home in my friends Celebrity from a Christmas party, when we hit black ice, we hit the guard rail about about 45mph and then did a 180 and hit it sideways. It was pretty scary cause I was just looking out the window watching it happen, hoping the guard rail would hold us, cause there was about a 15 foot drop after it. But it did. We were fine, he was able to drive his car home but it was alittle iffy. The funny thing is we moved the car after it happen to a side street. We were standing there saying damit this sucks, you think they would of salted the road by now, no sooner do we finish that sentence they come and plow and salt the road. §am.

My worst one was, I was cruisin down the road at about 45 mph and I had dropped my OJ in the floor board. I reached down to get it and when I looked back up, everyone in front of me was at a dead stop. I was dirving "The Beast", an '86 F-150 ext cab Latiat. I locked up the brakes and slid into the back of the van. I hit the lady at about 35 mph. Pushed the back of her van into about the middle. After the initial impact, she hit a lady in a rental car, who in turn hit another lady in brand new civic 4dr. The rene car had a broken and hanging bumper, and the civic had a 3" scratch on the bumper. The two women in the van, who got the most of the impact were fine. The other two women in the other cars were fine until the police and ambulance showed up. Of course they saw $$$$$ and started crying about this and that. The worst part is that I had no insurance on the truck and the only reason I drove it is because my stang broke down. The one car with virtually no damage, only a little sctatch, is the only one that sent me a bill. The bill was for like $1000. They said they had to replace the bumper, trunk lid, rear quarter panel, honda emblem, and repaint the back half of the car. BS!!!! Sorry this post was so long, I'm still bitter about the civic, which by the way, I never paid for. Oh yeah, there wasn't a scratch on The Beast.

Thankfully, I haven't been in a serious accident, but I guess the worst was when I was rear ended in my Bronco by some lady in a Pontiac 6000 going about 35-45. The sad thing was neither she or her 2 kids sitting in the front seat were wearing their seat belts.

My worst accident was about 2 years ago. I had taken my ex's vette out for the day to get washed and waxed. In the course of me driving home I hit some oil in front of a oil change shop and slide and lost control of the car. I corrected it at one point then over corrected it the car swerved, I hit a curb, the car went airborne, and flipped upside down and smashed! I truely believe I had an angel on my shoulder for a couple different reasons. #1 I had bought him a glass top for the car for our anniversary which was the day before and it was sitting in the garage at home ready to go on. Had that top been on, I would've been in a lot worse condition... #2 I was not wearing my seat belt. Had I been wearing my seat belt I would've been pinned in the car and when it smashed it would've snapped my neck and I would most definitely not be typing this right now. All that happened to me was my left leg got caught between the steering wheel and the seat and fractured my thigh.. I was very badly bruised from the waist down and I had some small cuts on my face and arms. I'm small enough I managed to go longways in the car when it was flipping. I couldn't walk for about a month and the bruises stayed with me for about 8 months afterwards. Needless to say $50, 000 dollar lawsuit and months of physical therapy for my leg later.. I am now 100% again and a-ok! I was a lucky girl. Funny part was when they were pulling me out of the car... I was in shock and I grabbed the radar detector... haha only thing I took out of the car, to this day I will never know why I had to have that out of the car! But ya'll still have to deal with me!

July 2, 1996.
I was late for a meeting in Plainview and decided to make up time on the dirt roads in my '91 F-150. I was young and stupid and didn't think that going 85 mph on a county road was that dangerous. I came up on an severe S-curve, couldn't pull it out or slow down, ramped off the 2 foot deep north side bar-ditch, flew about 30 yards through the air while turning upside down before landing on the roof of the truck and sliding another 20 yards. The entire roof folded backwards over the bed of the truck. Somehow I wasn't decapitated. Had a nasty concusion as the truck came to rest on top of my head. Don't know how long I was out for. When I came to, I almost broke my neck when I undid my seatbelt and fell to the roof with my head stuck. All I could think about was the truck catching fire. I freaked out and screamed for I don't know how long. Couldn't remember what I was doing or where I was going. Seemed like a bad dream. Some farm hands came and used a car jack to lift the truck off my head and pulled me out. Had a doozy of a headache, hurt like death, and had a srape on my arm and shredded fingertips where my hands went through the windshield. I give God the credit for saving my hide.
