Default Mushy Clutch i think

i just rolled over 650 miles on my new king cobra clutch well thee thing is that when i got it, it felt different from the stock one and just a lil play in the pedel.. now there like alot more play in the pedel and it feels weird but its grabbing really good and stuff and i was just wondering if im supposed to feel a diferance in my clutch pedel after break in ( btw i did not but anything but the clutch p.p and throw out bearing).?
thanks

I hear the king cobra is supposed to have less pedal effort but i sounds to me like you need to adjust your clutch. Maybe and adjustable clutch quadrant and firewall bushing are in order. Let me know how it turns out as i am thinking of getting the same clutch. good luck

i think you just need to adjust your clutch cable too

i have had problems with 2 of my frpp pressure plates, they would get very mushy and wouldnt release the clutch all the way no matter how far i adjusted it. one of my buddies had the same problem. (im not saying this is what is wrong with yours, just a possibility. try tightening up your clutch cable and see what happens.

that would be a very good investment (adj. clutch cable/quadrant)

just pull up on your clutch pedal, you should feel it "click" then push it to the floor a couple of times and it should feel a little better. you might have to do this a couple of times.
when you get a chance i would pick up and adj. cable/quad.
