Question Vortech or Paxton????????

I am looking at the 2000 and under ones. Summit as a Vortech Kit for $1,939. It looks like it is a full kit with ervey thing you need. 309HP/355ft-lbs. Is that the Standard Output or the High Output one with 309HP/355ft-lbs.
Paxton's Kit cost $2,099 and it says 340HP/450ft-lbs, that sounds to good to be true is it???? Is it a complet kit or do I need more?? it says it is a kit. What does it come with???
